We LOVE Broccoli Sprouts! They are so nutritious and so easy to grow. Broccoli sprouts have so many benefits.

We include broccoli sprouts when we puree veggies for our pooches. I just feel like I am giving them a super punch of nutrition. I have included a video to show how easy they are to grow right at home. From the time you plant the tiny seed to harvest is about 10 to 14 days. They stay good in the fridge in an airtight container for about a week.
